September 2, 2026 Thank you to Andrea White for being our Communications manager for the past couple of years. She is giving up this role and we hope to find her replacement soon. Please let me or the Commodore know if you are interested. Reach out to Andrea if you want more information about what the role entails. Still need help at the Annual Meeting and Lobster bake. Work with David and Vanessa, on Saturday, September 12. (Rain date, Sunday). How your Volunteer Hours are compiled: If you signed up for your work using  one of the forms, your hours have been tallied. You don’t need to report them to me. Same for Committee leads, Board, and Board appointments who earn 15 hours. You may check your signups and hours on the Volunteer page (It's a google spreadsheet). IF you did work that wasn’t listed on the sign up forms (All and House), please contact that committee’s chair and cc me.   Place your order for the Annual meeting, Sept 12.

The Menu Options are Burgers ($7) - Beef, Turkey or Veggie; Chicken ($12); and Lobster (MP). All meals include access to appetizers, salads, ear of corn, and dessert. Be sure to place your dinner order by Wednesday, 9/9 using this Order Form Link to select your dinner choice.

July 14 (Tuesday) – YES PARKING – ALL DAY/EVENING, ONLY ON THE HILL. NO PARKING AFTER 3 PM BEHIND THE CLUBHOUSE OR IN THE PARKING LOT. Boats and trailers, deliveries and equipment start to arrive.

July 15 & 16 (Wednesday & Thursday) – NO PARKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. NO PARKING ON THE HILL. NO PARKING NORTH SIDE OF CLUBHOUSE. NO PARKING IN THE PARKING LOT.

July 16 (Thursday) after 5 pm – YES PARKING! Almost back to normal! Except for the last guest boats and trailers and equipment still to leave. Please work around them and be respectful and careful.

Please remember that during the regatta the whole parking lot will be filled with 420 and Opti race boats, lots of young people. Plus, many deliveries of food, supplies, etc. on the North side and coach vehicles on the hill. AND we must keep an open route for emergency vehicles.

AGAIN, THANK YOU for your cooperation. (AND - Please come, volunteer, and be a spectator boat!)
