Thank you for all who helped out this season. If you are curious, follow this link to the spreadsheet I have used to compile volunteer hours. (Look of the 2nd sheet)
I gathered the information from the 2 Sign up Forms (House, All other jobs) and direct input from committee chairs.
Please reach out to me if you have found errors that need to be corrected.
Help Wanted Now: Youth Sailing Program
We have immediate volunteer needs supporting one of HYC’s highest priorities: our Youth Sailing Program.
Volunteers will work alongside Sailing Program Chair Susan Tananbaum in several important areas as we prepare for 2027:
Staffing
Outreach and hiring
Mentoring a new Sailing Director
Supporting instructor and coach recruitment
Administration
Registration
Implementation of new software
This work is happening now, making it a great opportunity to contribute during the off-season and help set the program up for a successful 2027.
